Yeah I think spec means that it should be good news come end of PCP time when it’s being replaced but time will tell.

I want another car, bored now, TT is done, Ferrari has gone as far as I can go with it, nothing more to do on the Tourer, the Evoque cab is....erm!

Taycan are good but only a handful of rapid chargers in U.K. to charge them at full rate anc cheapest insurance quote I managed was £5500.

What is the charging network by you like?

I don't do any long distance driving to be honest, so the only charger I'll use will be the one that I get installed at home. On the occasions that we do tend to go on a longer distance trip with the family we tend to take the wife's car anyway. If I had to rely on public charging infrastructure I don't think I'd get one!

As for insurance it's only 88 quid a year more than the M5 for me.

Well things are moving up. After me confirming that I'd most likely cancel rather than pay the new 10.8% finance rate coming in at the end of March, they've swapped my build slot to try and get it in on the 10th. Fingers crossed.

Spec now locked. Car due to go into production mid-Feb so I’m not sure how it can track for delivery on the 10th of March. It needs to be in the dealership before the 31st or it’s costing an extra £200 per month!

Been looking at chargers and finally settled on a Hypervolt and tapped up a sparky to install it through a mate of mine.

Looking at spacers and thinking about getting the bottom lip painted as well as hoovering up every Taycan video on YouTube to keep me going in the meantime!

Well it’s all happening this weekend. Just had my Hypervolt Charger installed and had an email from the dealer last night telling me the car is now in production.

Really looking forward to seeing this, probably my favourite EV.
