Personally I think this looks tremendous. So aggressive! Would I pay £87k for one though....absolutely not!

The UK is the TTs biggest international market but only 11 are coming here, so it'll be a pretty rare thing on UK roads and you'd need to be A) a massive TT fan to shell out £87k for one ahead of what else that kind of money can buy you or B) a collector with money to burn.

I do so love that TTRS facelift front end though.

Yes that is really nice, be better if it was Vegas!

Is this going to be the last Real TT then?

It looks like it. Going to be replaced by something electric after this. My money is on an Audi-badged version of the next (electric) Cayman as per the E-Tron GT vs Taycan.

Priced-up the front end of this last night. Even with a 2nd-hand bumper and some inserts you’re looking at over a grand plus painting. Don’t think I’ll bother for the time being.

I am still really tempted to upgrade to an RS, they are good fun little drivers cars, and much better than there image suggests - the draw of the 2.5 engine is getting greater.

It think they’ve outlived the “hairdresser” moniker now. Mine seems to turn heads whenever it goes. When I was driving it out of the retailers yesterday morning before work, I saw a couple of young lads nudging each other to look at it as I reversed out of the unit.

A bit tempted to do the RS upgrade myself but I don’t think the cost would be worth the step-up, having invested so much time and money into the TTS to be honest.

I know someone selling a mint Nardo grey one that he will do a deal with mine as he could do with the cash difference, the only problem with it is, its just bare bones spec!

If I got one it would need to be a unicorn!

I had the TTRS itch too not long after i got the TTS. i decided to go do the mod/upgrade path and with the tune etc a standard TTRS wouldn't know where i had gone. The lure of the 5 pot noise is all thats left in the balance for me, as the TTS is my daily i think i will stick with it For now.
