BMW Individual audio Problem - Need help

So my Individual audio has an issue whereby the base has just stopped working. One minute its fine the next switch the car on and its all Treble & tinny (I have read about the water in the boot coming through the rear light to the Amp after a quick search) but is that the main driver Amp, as I know they are under the seats as well.

Anyone know anything about this system that can give me a few pointers? Do they have fuses, what should I be checking remembering I am a complete novice with this type of thing !

Ta !

Could it be a loose connection to one or both of the subwoofers under the front seats?

I spent all morning fvcking about, the amps are in the boot (does not appear to have any fuses)and its the subwoofers under the seats. I cannot find anything obvious and everything works except the base.

Needs to go in I think !

Have you got the Bimmerlink app? Same crowd that makes Bimmercode and you can use the same adapter. It'll scan and give you any fault codes registered.

I've got a pretty good scanner, and its not coming up with any codes which is weird, its being looked at tomorrow.

In the boot its got two Amps (I think) ones warm and ones cold when on, my best guess is the one that's cold is blown, I think that's how it works !!

I Dunno, that's just me using the Force
