I fitted the new 488 Halo Lights today. I never enjoy jobs like this, and there is a couple of bolts on the belly pan as a result !!

I am on the fence if I am honest, not sure if I like the smoked look when they are off and not sure it goes with the red as it does with other colours I have seen, so interested in your thoughts?? I do think it looks more modern though?




I do however like them when they are on!!

You’ve got to be fishing. They look fantastic and better than the original fantastic looking lights which they replaced.

No not fishing, I genuinely am on the fence with them off, thought they looked a bit rude boy or gangster being smoked and darker red, but they do take a few years off the car!

I think I’m with you boba, I cant quite make my mind up. I like the look when illuminated directly from behind but not sure when off or from a side angle.
I’d say stick with them for a few weeks/months and see how you feel then 👍

Exactly. I don't know why but when off those pictures make the Halo outsides look darker than they are, must be something to do with lighting when the photos where taken. They are a bit more red in the metal.
