Went to fill up... Full tank of V-Power and squeaky brakes, time to go "re-bed" them. I've been looking at Autotrader recently at potential short term replacements for before the Taycan arrives in 12-18 months. Been thinking about getting something mental for a wee while. Forgot just how mental this thing actually is!

If i am honest with you the biggest surprise for me is how much i like the TTS. With the latest tune it really is very capable wee car and makes the delayed Emira timeline more than bearable.

I’ve been driving mine for the last couple of days. It’s a great wee machine. It doesn’t have the prestige of a Porsche but I can fit both my kids in it for the school run and it’s a great car to drive. Surprisingly it’s a real head turner as well.

Hope are you getting on with yours @boba fett ?

Hi guys, I have mostly been redlining an F-Type! But I like the TT, just wish I could get more comfortable in it. Its a fun little car though! If you recall I had an RS5 for about a week, the TTS is just a better more fun car to drive!

Sometimes its about the best you can get for the money you paid and some of the cars we have are top of the tree for the outlay!

I totally know what you mean with the comfort side of things. Whenever I get a new car it’s takes me weeks to get the seating position just right and the TT is a bit of a weird set up. I seem to have the steering wheel pulled really far out to suit my seat position and it gives the illusion that I’m really far away from the windscreen.

Not got much on this weekend and the weather is decent so I think I’ll fit the Autohold switch. Need to take half the dash apart so I’ve not gotten around to it yet.

I'm well excited, my wife has been enjoying the Jag and is now fine being down low in a car, she now wants a sports car and has been looking at R8 Spiders, 911's Verts, GTC's, I am pushing her towards the R8!

I would love an R8. Seem to be able get into them from reasonable money now as well.
