Ordered this a while back from a German company called Car Glass Design. Idea is to protect the rear passengers from wind buffeting.

The BMW one that comes with the car is fine if you don’t have people in the back. It’s toughened safety glass, so in the event of a crash/rollover it just shatters into cubes so much safer than some of the perspex solutions that are doing the rounds.

It was bloody pricey and then thanks to BREXIT I got stung by a further 80 quid in VAT and charges but it seems quite well made and if it works then it’ll be a godsend.

Looks good that. Not sure if the E46 one would look out of place though - maybe a bit too 'modern'? And for near £220 I ain't going to be the one to find out...! 😄
