I had a 320D saloon manual for a couple of years when doing lots of mileage. A really good all round car although prefer the auto. Also had a 520D which was more comfortable. Saves a lot of stress about driving a nice performance car everyday.I am hopeing to pick something similar up to day for the daily duties, but it’s a saloon. The E92 M3 is not really a daily, and I am always worried where I park it, and all this warming up business and 17 mpg! so that will accompany the 430.
After I looked into these (this is a 320d also) and was shocked they are £30 a year tax, 50 mpg, and are really nippy. I have always screwed my nose up at them and gone big engine, but these make perfect sense in todays world.

Just have a quick read about the B47 and B48 Diesel engines prior to buying.
Odd but if he does not come back to you, just move on. May be a valid reason, perhaps your Stars Wars outfit scared him offWell it looks like the seller has gone all quiet on me, viewed the car yesterday, he did not want a deposit, and agreed to do the exchange this early morning! Got cash out, now won't answer phone or text's!

Not my best idea to do in the car! Hoping it’s just a wire and not the fuse. Where is FEM sited - driver or passenger side? That is looking tremendous! Any time I've done it, I;ve always taken the wheel inside and swapped the bits over at a table. Wouldnt attempt it in the car to be honest.
You'll be able to tell if the airbag isn't seated correctly as it'll be loose on one side but it may be a stray wire is in the way behind it.

Good point about the M3 version, never thought about the rear section. Think I’m only getting one tone - will check tomorrow.Normally Drivers side from memory. I quite like the carbon insert, personally, but you could always swap it out for the M3 version. Think you'd need to change the rear section as well to match though (due to the hole in the middle). Can't be a fuse. If it were, then the horn wouldn't work at all.
I think it’s marginal in term of thickness and gives a nice lift to the interior. No doubt you could request OEM diameter on any new steering wheel. White marker would look really good. Quite wanted yellow but would have clashed with red leather. That looks very nice. I was thinking about doing mine but with a white 12 hour marker, but its in good condition, and I am not liking the thicker wheel recently!
Gaps on each side?Ill stick with what I've got I think, just trying to fit this rear diffuser, which is turning out to be the usual E-bay "perfect fit" sh1te!
