Ventured into bangernomics territory for the first time!
When I bought the r8 the idea was to share the mrs car but it’s not quite worked out and I’ve had to use the Audi a few times when I really didn’t want to.
Set myself a budget of £1500, had to be reliable/well maintained and as cheap motoring as was possible.

Picked this beast up yesterday! 😂
£1490, 2 owners, 62k, fsh, major service and mot 2 days ago!
£170 fully comp (with 0 years no claims) and £20 tax!

I don’t know why but it just makes me smile driving it 🤣

Ha - when I had a 964 Turbo, I used an AX it was like a 950cc or something, it does make you laugh, I think its an embarrassing smile to be honest, and you will always wish you where in the R8 when something tasty comes along side !

I reckon you will be upgrading that !!

I think it’s a keeper, wanted something I can dump at the pub, leave wherever, etc.. but time will tell I guess 😀
