Picked this up as something fun for my Mrs yesterday, sport design kit makes such a difference.
It’s been such a chore trying to buy one of these, pork people seem to be extremely hard to deal with, prices increasing after a deal and gazumping, managed to get this from JR motors in Cov before it was finished and advertised

Yes, saying they’d under valued it, it’s been hard work, two others deciding not to sell too, I was trying to push her towards a Z4 as a result but this one popped up when I rang looking for another, which had just sold on the phone call before me, this was in final stages of prep to be advertised so no messing

Why do sellers do this? Either sell it or don’t. Bloody time wasters!

Getting in quick is the only way to secure a good example at the minute. All the good cars are getting snapped up before they even go through prep.

It had new ac condensers fitted before pick up, so fitted some Zunsport grilles as the standard ones are very open, no wonder that area gets full of crap

From plate juggling a few years ago, my Mrs’ plate (Emma Jane) ended up on the M4 so she wanted it on the Boxster, sorted that today and she’s happy

We’re really enjoying the Boxster, giving me thoughts of a Cayman S or GTS for myself, the M4 feels hugely big and heavy after driving the pork, you can really feel the weight transfer, still, the M is a bit of a brute which I’d miss!

picked up a set of Cayman S wheels, could do with a refurb but a better wheel imo, would love to go 19” lobster claws but it’s Emmas daily so staying 18” is more sensible

I’m with you! Not my car though and she prefers the black ones, I think black wheels just get lost, she won’t even compromise at gunmetal lolol
19” lobster claws would be my favourite on them but as it’s her daily it’s more sensible to stay 18” I’m afraid, maybe if a cheap set popped up she could run them over summer or something

These are the wheels I think look very nice, the later GT3'esque wheels look really nice but fetch good money.

She’s been complaining about the light output of the headlamps so bought some night breakers to try, but odd removing the headlamps to change bulbs but easy enough
