I like it! It’s a bit squared off on the front and back end, a bit like a Chrysler 300c, but it looks uber-modern to my eyes and it has a bit of character.

Thumbs-up from me!

BMW must be the only company right now where there electric versions look better then the ICE counterparts atleast in regards to the i4 & i7.

That looks pretty grim to me. Reminds me of one of those Chinese Rolls copies, don’t think it’s a grower either!

It's not pretty!

However, all of these recent BMWs look a lot better in person than in pictures, so I'll reserve judgment till I see one. I've never looked at any 7 series and thought it looked good, so I suppose it's keeping up the tradition.

I like the interior though.

Oh dear. Looks like it has door handles from a Morris Marina. They look even cheaper than the awful ones on the 4GC and i4. I know that the UK isn't the target market for the 7 Series, but surely even Americans are going to struggle with this. Looks like it's a car aimed squarely at China.

That said, now I'm looking for a replacement for my 8, I can't find anything I like more. Fortunately they haven't hobbled it in the facelift so an 8 LCI is high on the list.

You're all philistines! :ROFLMAO:

I think it looks great. It's a vast improvement on the current one, but, I've never bought a 7 series, S class or A8 in my life and most likely never will, so I'm not the target market and I'd argue that unless you have owned one of those cars, you're not the target market either.

I know that if I were to choose between the 7 and the competition, this new 7 series is what I'd buy. It looks super modern and very menacing and I'm glad that BMW is back to making unique designs (remember the reaction to Bangle's 5 series when it came out) rather than the derivative stuff that they've been chucking out there for the last few years.

It’s a fantastic machine that is overpriced, worse than it’s competitors and depreciates badly.

Other than that I like it. Would I buy one? Absolutely not.
