Photoshop Alloy wheel colour change help!

Hi @moonstone thanks for the offer of help.

I'd like to see silver and also gold if you done mind. This is really the only side on shot I have....



But I'd like this shopped if possible!

No worries if its to hard mate.

Had a look at this today but it's beyond my skills. The problem is that with a black wheel all the the detail of the wheel is merged into the barrel inside, so cant see where the wheel ends and the shadow begins so I cant get a proper lines to trace from.
